Shri Chamunda Devi Mandir since Peshwa era in Vadgaon (Potnis)

This mandir is built approximately before 250 years in Peshwa era. Shri Chamunda devi is basically from Mysuru , Karnataka state of India. In the war at Srirangapattanam (Karnataka) between Maratha Peshwa Madhavrao 1 and Tipu sultan , sainiks from Vadgaon and ancestors of Potnis family fought very bravely and contributed to victory of Peshwa.
